In loving memory of Thomas “Tom” Creaby, who sadly passed away on 11th May 2026, aged 78. Tom lived with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) for many years and faced the condition with great strength and determination. Living with MS brings many daily challenges, including mobility difficulties, fatigue and pain.
As a family, we feel that donations to the MS Society would be a meaningful way to honour Tom’s memory and support the many others living with this condition. Your kindness and generosity are greatly appreciated.
